By using Floranima you confirm being at least 18 years old or under the legal responsibility of an adult who has accepted these Terms on your behalf. Registration implies full acceptance.
2. Account and responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided, for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity on your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
3. Acceptable use
You agree NOT to:
- Upload illegal, offensive or rights-infringing content.
- Allow minors to use the platform without a legal guardian.
- Attempt to bypass security or licensing mechanisms.
- Use the platform for purposes unrelated to mental health and wellbeing.
- Share credentials or accounts with other people.
4. Payments and cancellation
Prices and payment methods are presented before purchase. Recurring charges can be cancelled at any time, taking effect at the end of the current cycle.
5. Intellectual property
Floranima's brand, design, code and texts are protected. You retain ownership of the content you produce inside the platform and grant us a non-exclusive licence to host and display it as needed to operate the service.
6. Limitation of liability
Floranima is a support tool. It does NOT replace emergency medical or psychiatric care.

7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. The Court of São Paulo/SP is elected to settle disputes, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws apply.
