The patient app is a sanctuary, not a wellness dashboard. Journal, breathing, session balance, monthly reading · everything in amber silence over midnight. No badges, no streaks, no manipulation.
Anela is the platform's intelligence · schedule, finances, reminders, engagement signals, message drafts. Never diagnoses. Never speaks before being called. Always returns control to you.
We invest in the site, ads, company partnerships, editorial content. Patients arrive by affinity · work anxiety, grief, couples, elder care. You don't need to post, hand out flyers, or trade referrals.
Floranima Care is the access arm · scholarships for those who can't pay, in-session donations, the corporate fund. You join when you want, with the number of slots that feel comfortable.

There are two distinct flows: the 1st session of each new patient, which funds the marketing that brought them to you; and the maintenance fee, which covers infrastructure, Anela tokens and WhatsApp. The fee drops as you grow on the platform.
Whenever a new patient reaches you through Floranima, the initial session is entirely ours. It funds ads, company partnerships, editorial content, SEO, the matching team, and Anela's time choosing well.
In return, you don't spend a cent on your own marketing. No posts, no flyers, no cross-referrals, no social media presence required. We bring those who fit · you hold the room.

From the 2nd session onwards, a maintenance percentage applies. It funds the operation that holds the service up every day · Anela tokens (each conversation, each journal analysis, each draft), WhatsApp sends, encryption, support.
For difficult cases or moments of doubt, you convene a virtual table with three colleagues from approaches different than yours. Anela organises the question, forwards it anonymously, and returns the three views within 24 hours.
The table is not clinical supervision · it is a second listening. It works best when you want to see the same case through three windows: the symbolic, the behavioural, the somatic.

Care is Floranima's social arm · a sub-brand that enables access to therapy for those who cannot pay. You join as much as feels comfortable; the Care patient never knows they received a scholarship.
On your profile you say: "I have two Care slots per month". Anela matches patients who requested a scholarship and fit your profile. Sessions are paid by the Care fund · partner companies, in-session donations, institutional fund · at your full rate, with the usual maintenance fee.
The patient receives care identical to the standard plan. Nothing in the interface signals they are Care. You don't treat them differently. They don't feel different. The difference exists only in the financial backstage.
